So you want junk food? Gluten-free fast food options

I'm not here to judge, I don't want to eat healthy all the time either. Sometimes you just need a meal that takes 30 seconds to make. Well luckily for you there are options for eating gluten-free at fast restaurants. Here are the best places to go:
1. Arby's
Safe foods: Sandwiches without the bun, some of their shakes, Farmhouse salad with roasted turkey.
2. Boston Market
Safe foods: Rotisserie chicken, Roasted turkey breast, Steamed vegetablesMediterranean salad, Southwest Sante Fe salad, Holiday ham, Holiday turkey.
3. Chick-fil-A (lots of options here)
Safe foods: Grilled chicken sandwich on a gluten-free bun, Breakfast egg white sandwich on a gluten-free bun, Breakfast hashbrowns (cooked in a dedicated gluten-free fryer), Grilled chicken nuggets, Grilled Market salad, Spicy Southwest salad, Waffle fries (cooked in a dedicated gluten-free fryer), Fruit cup, and Frosted lemonade.
4. Chipotle
Safe foods: Anything except the flour tortillas.
5. Five Guys
Safe foods: Burgers or sandwiches wrapped in lettuce, fries made in a dedicated gluten-free frier, and any of their milkshakes that don't contain malted milk, cherry flavoring, to Oreo cookie mix-ins.
6. P.F. Chang's China Bistro
Safe foods: Chang's chicken lettuce wraps, Egg drop soup, Fried rice, Spicy chicken, Mongolian beef, Shrimp with lobster sauce, Pad Thai, Berries and cream shortcake, Flourless chocolate dome.
7. Shake Shack
Safe foods: Most locations offer gluten-free buns for their burgers, and many of the shakes are gluten-free as well, but steer clear of their fries.
8. Sonic Drive-In
Safe foods: Burgers without a bun, fries, tater tots, and many of their shakes.
9. Wendys
Safe foods: Baked potato, chili, chocolate and vanilla frosty, salad without croutons, and burgers without a bun, some locations have fries made in a dedicated gluten-free frier.
