Gluten is Not Just Found in Food....

I know, this doesn't make sense, but many household products can contain gluten as well. Gluten is taking over our lives and we must find out how to defeat it. Let's start by looking at the ingredients in these products:

-Supplements & vitamins

-Lipstick

-Toothpaste

-Medications

-Sunscreen

-Shampoo/Conditioner

-Soap

-Lotion

-Makeup

-Pet food (if you want your dog to follow a gluten-free diet, make sure you read the label, or maybe your someone who enjoys eating pet food)
