I've been good (for a week)

This past week, which has also been my Spring Break, I've actually managed to keep up the gluten-free diet. I'm honestly shocked I've done it. I've been feeling better both internally and mentally that I've been staying consistent with the diet.
In other good news, I went to breakfast this morning at The Egg & I and found that they had a gluten-free pancake option, which I've been craving. No it wasn't as good as normal pancakes, but I was excited for it. I could fill my craving without breaking my diet. Breakfast is basically my favorite meal and it's gotten boring having eggs and avocado every damn day... it felt great to mix it up for once.
