Don't like to cook?
Then a gluten-free diet probably isn't the one for you.
Since most package and pre-made food items in stores contain gluten, a lot of your meals are going to be cooked right at home.
But as someone who hates taking the time to cook yet has to be gluten free, I'll be sharing my tips for keeping up this diet while exerting the least amount of effort.
